Hope you are doing well! Is it cold where you are? How are you managing the Feburary schlubs?
All I can say is, thank goodness for yoga. Am I right?? It's so easy to blow off regular exercise, especially when you're stuck indoors (and even if you're not). But it's those times when I really don't feel like it, that I feel even better when I actually make time to do it. I'm sure you've experienced something similar - that feeling after a yoga class when you think to yourself, wow, I'm so glad I did that!
Then you feel so good, you want to tell your friends all about it. "Hey, you should try this yoga class!" you say to them. This has varying degrees of success...
I've come up with an idea to make it a little easier for you to entice someone to come to one of my Saturday Gentle Movement classes - a BOGO offer!
If you bring a new friend to class, they can come for free. Or, you can both come for half price (how you work out the accounting on the backend is up to you, lol).
This offer is also good for two new people to try together! So feel free to forward this email to someone who might like to give a class a try.
Simply follow the instructions during class registration and once you've signed up, I'll send your friend a link to the class.
