Chair Yoga Schedule is Changing Starting November 30th
Starting on Monday November 30, 2020, our chair yoga classes will be moving! They will now be offered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 11:00am CST. That’s right – you now have an extra chance to practice, should you wish to join us.
Practice once, twice, or three times a week – whatever works for your schedule, you’re sure to benefit from regular practice. Classes combine traditional yoga poses with gentle stretches and there are even elements of Qi Gong flow. Everything comes together to bring you thirty minutes of refreshing, total body movement.
No props are necessary, other than a straight-backed chair with no arm rests. Bring your chair, your enthusiasm, and your breath, and let’s get moving.
