As we move through fall and head toward winter, it’s important to pause, exhale deeply, and listen. The colder months are a time to look inward, a chance to focus on ourselves as we rest through the cold months.
Join me this November for a special 3-class series designed to help you with this process. Slow and simple movement, deep and satisfying stretches, supportive and sublime restorative poses. These special yin yoga classes will allow you the time and space to bring your awareness inward. Use the space to listen to your body’s wisdom and insightfulness.
Props are strongly encouraged – 2 blocks, 2 yoga blankets (or large towels), a strap, and a bolster if you have one. The more things you bring to class, the more options you’ll have to find comfort in the poses.
