It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the relentless pace of everyday life. While there is much to be appreciative of, it’s a fact that our work life and our personal life can be demanding. Where does this leave us time for our selves? How can we be constantly present for others if we are barely present for our own experiences?
Life is about balance. Yin and yang. The external, energetic life needs to be balanced by honoring the quiet, introspective side of our selves.

The bullet points above describe me, before I started practicing yoga! Okay, truthfully, those bullet points still describe me. But I know I always have the practice of yoga to come back to, and to remind me of my true nature.
The styles of yoga and movement you’ll find in my classes focus on slow and steady movement. We’ll focus on developing healthy breathing patterns to optimize your body’s natural defenses. And most importantly, we celebrate taking the time out of our busy schedules to do something meaningful. For our Selves.

Welcome to Andrea Neil Yoga. I’m Andrea – yoga teacher, author, lover of houseplants and starter of knitting projects. I love helping people find balance through the practice of yoga. There are unlimited subtleties and discoveries that can uncovered through the art of mindful movement. I’m so excited to be on this journey of discovery with you.
I teach online chair yoga classes. There are also videos for you to practice on your own time, if you can’t make it to class. But … I hope to see you in the virtual studio soon!
