Technically, I teach "chair yoga." But much of the Technically, I teach "chair yoga." But much of the time, it's "chair qigong!"
I started practicing qigong last year and love it so much, I incorporate a lot of it into my classes. 
Seated movement is a great way to practice breath, movement, and mindfulness, and is accessible to everyone. Whether you need a break from your home office slump, or a regular form of gentle exercise, I've got you covered every M/W/F at 11:00am CST.
