Chair Yoga Schedule Change

Chair Yoga Schedule is Changing Starting November 30th   Starting on Monday November 30, 2020, our chair yoga classes will be moving! They will now be offered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 11:00am CST. That’s right – you now have an extra chance to practice, should you wish to join us.
